The dough shaping machine uses 2 or 4 polyamide rollers to shape the dough into pita form and adjusts the desired size and thickness using a pillow mechanism. The roller adjustment can be changed smoothly between 0-30 mm. A spring scraping mechanism is included on the rollers to prevent the dough from sticking. The adjustable roller group allows for shaping dough up to 420 mm in length. The folding chain and components are made from stainless steel. The machine has a shaping capacity of 2500 pieces per hour and can process dough weights ranging from 100g to 1200g.
