It is a machine that regulates temperature and humidity for dough fermentation. Steam production is achieved by heating the water in the stainless steel water tank to its boiling point. Electrodes that adjust the water level inside the tank are controlled by a water level relay on the control panel. When the tank is filled with water, the heaters are automatically activated.

This system remains active until the water reaches its boiling point, ensuring steam production. The generated steam is then distributed to the resting room with the help of an aspirator located on the device.

In cold weather, the heater resistances are automatically controlled by a system to adjust the temperature to the desired level in the resting room. The device is equipped with a hygrometer to maintain the desired humidity level in the resting room.
