The cutting-weighing machine, the latest system in dough processing technology, cuts dough into the desired weight without compressing or damaging it. All surfaces in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel. The dough is cut by the vacuum created through piston-cylinder movement, utilizing its own weight. The lubrication system operates automatically, ensuring a longer lifespan for the machine. All surfaces are lubricated with food-grade oil. The weight adjustment can be manufactured either automatically or mechanically, depending on preference. Standard machines are available in 10 models, cutting and weighing dough in the following weight ranges: 50-150g, 60-200g, 70-250g, 80-350g, 90-500g, 100-600g, 150-750g, 200-1000g, 250-1150g, and 300-1300g.
